grants you the nonexclusive, non assignable right to use the

the following provisions:

INFORMATION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AS TO ITS
CORRECTNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR THIRD PARTY RIGHTS,
MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN
NO EVENT WILL REABAH INC. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF REPRESENTATIVES OF
SUCH PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE TO
ASSUME ALL LIABILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF REABAH INC.

Information is owned by Reabah Inc..
(2) Reabah Inc. Documentation and
Information is protected by United States copyright laws,
international treaty provisions and other applicable laws.
You may be held legally responsible for any failure to abide
by the terms of this agreement. Reabah Inc. retains all
rights not expressly granted by this agreement. The license
granted under this agreement may not be transferred without
the prior written consent of Reabah Inc. and will terminate
automatically without notice from Reabah Inc. if you fail to
comply with any provision of this agreement.
