NOC Manager Position filled by Wendy DeArment.

REABAH INC. d/b/a Networking Technologies of Erie, PA, announced today that Wendy DeArment has joined our team as Network Operations Center Manager.

While attending Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, Wendy worked at the campus Computer Center as a Lab Consultant and Dormitory Technician.  After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Wendy obtained an internship at RentWay, Inc., and was subsequently hired fulltime as a Help Desk Technician.  During her career at RentWay, she was promoted to Technical Services Manager, and was ultimately responsible for managing a team of nineteen Helpdesk and Technical Support Analysts. 

Wendy is experienced in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and purchasing of PCs, printers, and other peripheral devices on a corporate level.   She has also successfully managed complex projects such as the rollout of 1600 PC workstations to 390 remote RentWay locations nationally, and the implementation of a Satellite infrastructure for 765 remote locations over a three month period.  At Networking Technologies, Wendy is responsible for project and operations management of the Network Operations Center.
