Since opening their doors in 1998, Networking Technologies has expanded to include the Ohio and Western NY markets. The staff at Networking Technologies maintains a focus on providing high quality solutions and consulting services in the areas of wired and wireless networking, network security, compute, storage, and hybrid cloud.

Jim Bahm

President & CEO
Jim Bahm is the Founder, President & CEO of Networking Technologies. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Duquesne University, Jim began his professional career as a Software Engineer and Network Analyst for Analex Corporation in Brookpark, OH. He continued his career in data communications with GTE in Erie, PA before moving into healthcare as a Network Coordinator for Saint Vincent Health System. Jim’s company, Networking Technologies, provides data communications consulting services in the tri-state area as well as nationally.  Jim and Networking Technologies have extensive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure: local and wide area networking, cyber security, office automation, healthcare and telecommunications. His expertise includes all forms of support and development for a wide variety of networking systems, operating systems, and hardware. 

Wendy DeArment

COO

Wendy DeArment is the Chief Operating Officer at Networking Technologies. With over 15 years of dedicated service to the company, Wendy plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Wendy collaborates closely with our CEO to execute the business plan, lead the Executive Team, and ensure adherence to core processes throughout the organization. She is responsible for cascading key messages consistently across the organization, maintaining crucial business partnerships, and overseeing key operational functions.

Wendy’s extensive experience includes various roles within Networking Technologies, such as Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Services Manager, and Network Operations Center Manager. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in areas such as workflow management, procurement contract administration, vendor and distributor relationships, and team leadership.

With her strong leadership skills and deep understanding of the IT industry, Wendy is instrumental in driving Networking Technologies’ success and maintaining its reputation for excellence in the field.

Wendy Bahm serves as the Vice President and Chief Culture Officer at Networking Technologies. With over a decade of experience at the company, Wendy has played a crucial role in shaping its culture and upholding its values.

Her commitment to fostering a positive work environment and enhancing the company’s brand has been apparent throughout her tenure. Wendy continues to spearhead initiatives that boost employee engagement and strengthen the organizational culture. Her efforts in creating a supportive and inclusive workplace have been widely recognized.

In her role as VP & Chief Culture Officer, Wendy Bahm is pivotal to Networking Technologies’ dedication to excellence, innovation, and the well-being of its employees. Her leadership and strategic insights are fundamental to the company’s continued success and expansion. Wendy Bahm embodies the company’s ethos of Empowering People, Elevating Culture: Leading with Heart and Humanity.

Tom Corapi

Director of Technology

Tom Corapi serves as the Director of Technology at Networking Technologies, bringing over a decade of experience to his role. Tom’s journey with Networking Technologies began in 2006, initially joining as a Network & Server Specialist.

Tom has extensive experience in servers, enterprise storage, wired and wireless infrastructure, and cloud computing. He also holds certifications in HPE ASE Hybrid IT, VMware Certified Professional, Fortinet Firewalls, Barracuda Backup and Email Security, Veeam Enterprise Backup solutions, as well as other areas of technology. His expertise is designing solutions that help businesses meet the technology challenges of today and the future.
