Employee Short Message Service (SMS) Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Networking Technologies, LLC Employee Short Message Service (SMS) program. By opting in or continuing to receive messages, you agree to these Terms and to the Employee SMS Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Networking Technologies On-Call Manager sends recurring, employment-related SMS notifications, including on-call alerts, outages, escalations, reminders, and related service updates.

Employees may opt in by enrolling a mobile number through the On-Call Manager at https://forms.net-cloud.com/oncall-manager and confirming from the same mobile number using a supported keyword.
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages related to employment. Consent is not a condition of employment, any purchase, or receiving any benefit.
Supported opt-in and re-enable keywords: JOIN, START, YES, UNSTOP.

Required SMS Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency will vary depending on the number of on-call tickets received, and the response time of the on-call technician. Messages will only be received when the technician is on-call.
For help, reply HELP or contact service@net-cloud.com or 814-836-0000.
To opt out, reply STOP.

Message Frequency and Fees

This is an application-generated automated notification service. The Company does not charge employees for messages sent or received through this service. Wireless carriers may apply message and data rates under carrier terms.

Opt-Out and Support

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP or any supported opt-out keyword.
Supported opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE.

Opt-out applies to the specific phone number/conversation. A confirmation message may be sent after opt-out.
To re-enable notifications after opting out, reply UNSTOP or text JOIN to the designated Company SMS number.
By opting in, you consent to use of electronic records for this agreement.

Privacy and Data Usage

Information is handled in accordance with the Employee SMS Privacy Policy. The Company does not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers or SMS opt-in data.

Liability and Carrier Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages caused by carrier networks, technical issues, or circumstances outside the Company’s control.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Company may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
